KATHMANDU: Nepal Tarun Dal has said its attention has been drawn towards the act of encroachment of the Nepali territory by the Indian side.

Issuing a press statement here, General Secretary of Tarun Dal Bhupendra Jung Shahi has said the incident had saddened and angered the Nepalis and called for an immediate halt to it. “We express our serious objections towards the incident of shifting of the border pillars to encroach Nepali territory in Parsa, Rautahat and Kanchanpur districts,” he said.

The Tarun Dal has also strongly demanded the government to take proper steps to reach a long-term solution of the border encroachment issues. It has also warned that it would be compelled to take any step to safeguard the Nepali soil.
