Pakistan is considered to be the cheapest place for foreigners.

The most expensive for foreigners are two African cities.

Oxu.Az reports citing Azadlıq.org that the capital of Angola Luanda and Chad capital N’Djamena  are on to

of this list.

This is stated in the annual ranking of the cost of living in different cities around the world for foreigners, published by an international consulting company “Mercer”.

Europe and Asia follow Africa in this ranking. Hong Kong ranked third, the fourth is Singapore. Zurich climbed three steps to settle at the fifth place. Geneva ranked sixth. Tokyo fell four points in the ranking of the most expensive cities and finished seventh.

Pakistan is considered to be the cheapest place for foreigners. So, the Pakistani city of Karachi is recognized the cheapest of the 211 monitored cities.

The survey covers 211 cities and measures the comparative cost of living, taking into account such factors as the price of housing, transport, food, clothing, household goods and entertainment.

Moscow ranked ninth, Baku-46th, Yerevan- 187th, Tbilisi – 194th. Last year Baku occupied the 57th place. During this year, it climbed 11 points. Baku leaves behind some European countries for its expensive prices. So, Prague took 92nd, Brussels and Luxembourg-56, and the Berlin is 68th on this list.
